What does Citizens Union do for the City and State of New York? 2012: Broad-based campaign results in first passage of a constitutional amendment to effectively end partisan gerrymandering in 2022 at the state level. Citizens Union's advocacy leads to the transfer of prosecutorial powers against police misconduct in New York City to the Civilian Complaint Review Board.
