Technical Manager/Web Producer
William Rice is the Technical Manager and Web Producer for Gotham Gazette and Citizens Union since 2009. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, William received an Associate Applied Science degree in front-end web design and eCommerce management from Washtenaw Community College. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Political Science and History in 2006. In 2015, he graduated from The New School of Public Engagement with a Masters in Media Management.
